OUR STANCE

Invel Merchandise may be returned within (30) thirty days from the date of the order in the original packaging material. There is a 15% administration fee on all refunds. No fees for exchanges. Original shipping and handling with return postage cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to returning, or exchanging your product. No refunds for discounted, clearance, or bargain priced items. Merchandise with manufacture flaws will be replaced within (30) thirty days from the date of order. You will need to supply the picture/images for replacement approval.
