Manufacturing

A material story needs a factory.

Invel owns the whole chain — the mineral, the way it goes into the fiber, and the finished piece. Very few clothing companies can say that.

01

The mineral

MIG3 bioceramic is formulated from ceramic oxides and milled to a controlled particle size — the parameters Invel spent years defining.

02

Into the fiber

A patented process incorporates the mineral inside the fiber during manufacturing, not as a surface finish — so it stays put through normal care.

03

The garment

The fiber is knitted and sewn into the finished piece, so the same technology runs from the yarn to the seam.

Quality & certification

Made to a health-authority standard.

Invel's factory is certified for Good Manufacturing Practice (BPF) by ANVISA, Brazil's national health authority. That's a manufacturing and quality-control standard — not outsourced sewing.

How the material works
VERTICAL INTEGRATION
· Owns the mineral formulation
